Sorilux markets two types of solenoid valves for the shutdown of diesel engines, which are an alternative to the electromagnets of the Elettrostart Line.

Three-way solenoid valve EG3, which acts as a flow diverter between the injection pump and the tank in the oil supply line.

The typical application is to feed the motor with the valve energized.

Four-way G4 solenoid valve, which acts as a diesel flow inverter.

We have two connection possibilities to feed the motor: ETR in excitation and ETS in de-excitation.

The engine stops immediately thanks to the action of the fuel pump which, by reversing the flow direction, sends the fuel back to the tank.
