El SAR 713 es un controlador para bombas de riego con motor diésel o gasolina, con llave de tres posiciones (desconectado, manual, automático por orden exterior) y reloj programador de tiempos de marcha. Incorpora 4 instrumentos de medida (RPM, voltímetro de batería, horómetro y reloj) y protege la motobomba mediante 8 alarmas. Su protección IP65 permite instalarlo en exterior.
