KL90 BAC is a potent preservative with immediate action and residual effect, specially formulated for the control of
microbiological in the conservation of industrial cooling circuits, cutting fluids and fuel.

-Immediate action of broad spectrum bactericide, fungicide and algaecide.

-Soluble in water, emulsions, oil, solvents and fuel.

-Ideal product as a shock treatment and as a preventive, providing a residual effect in the fluid,
ensuring long-lasting preservation.

Description

APPLICATION AREAS

Fuel: preservative in gas oils, fuel oil, aviation fuel, heating and agricultural oil, kerosene,
biofuels. Eliminates microbial problems generated by the combination of moisture contamination,
biofuels and diesel. It attacks the interphase, the point of highest concentration of microorganisms.

Prevents filter clogging caused by the formation of fungi.

Cooling circuits and cutting fluids: Controls the presence of microorganisms in water circuits,
as in antifreeze, as well as in water/oil emulsions, recovering the bath and allowing the use of the
same.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Fuels:
- Preventive treatment: Add 10 - 30 ml per 100 liters of fuel.
- Shock treatment: Add 100 ml per 100 liters of fuel.
Once KL90 BAC has been applied to the fuel, check the condition of the filters.

The product can detach fungi adhering to metal surfaces and clog pumps and filtration systems.

Refrigeration circuits: Add 200 - 300 gr/m3

Cutting fluids: When bad odor or pH drop is detected, add 200 - 300 gr/m3.
