Description

The central CEM 7 is an equipment for monitoring and control of power supply through a generator set. The control panel is composed of 2 different modules:

1. The CEM7 DISPLAY module. It performs the informative tasks of the generator set status, as well as allowing the user to command, program and configure the operation of the control panel. It consists of a backlit display and different LEDs for monitoring the status of the genset and pushbuttons that allow the user to command and program the genset.

2. The PHG 1 MEASUREMENTS module performs the tasks of supervision and control of the control panel. This PGH module is placed at the bottom of the panel to reduce wiring and thus increase the immunity of the control panel to electromagnetic noise. All signals, sensors and actuators are wired to the measurement module. The connection between the measurement module and the visualization module is made by means of a CAN communication bus, which allows the interconnection of additional modules, thus guaranteeing the scalability of the control panel.
