Its 7 A PWM power stage provides high field drive and fast response to load transients. It measures in true RMS, making it compatible with generators that power nonlinear loads. | The DECS-150 is designed for parallel operation, whether with other generators or with the power grid. It supports any type of excitation system: shunt, auxiliary winding, PMG, or DC feed. Its function is to PID self-tuning automatically determines the optimal control parameters. The offline simulator BESTlogicPlus allows you to validate the programmed logic without physical hardware. | The DECS-250 is the top-of-the-line model in the DECS series. PWM power amplifier with 15 A, integrated generator and motor protection, and power system stabilizer (PSS) Optional for compliance with strict grid code requirements. It includes PID autotuning, an offline simulator, Network Load Sharing, a multilingual interface, and a wide range of communication options for integration into any control system or SCADA system. Accessories and complementary modules
ICRM-7 — Inrush Current Reduction Module for DECS-100 and DECS-150. Protects the PWM power stage from high transient currents during system power-up.
EDM20 Diode Control — Excitation Diode Monitor. Detects faults in brushless rectifiers before they cause further damage to the alternator.
Inrush Current Limiter — Inrush current limiter for protecting the excitation system during startup. Compatible with the entire DECS line.

The choice between the DECS-100, DECS-150, and DECS-250 depends primarily on the complexity of the installation:
- DECS-100 — For independently operating units that require precise digital control with comprehensive protection. Covers most standard industrial applications.
- DECS-150 — When the unit operates or can operate in parallel with the grid or with other generators. VDE certification included.
- DECS-250 — For facilities that require the highest level of control, protection, and communication. Cogeneration, distributed generation, and plants with strict grid code requirements.
